I am a Christian living a love affair with my savior and redeemer. The Holy Spirit of God is my primary religion, before I call myself anything else.
Through humiliation, pain, suffering, trials and enormous difficulties, I discovered intimacy with God.

2 Timothy 2:15: Do your best to present yourself to God as one approved, a worker who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly handles the word of truth.
The need to pray does not come from us but from the Spirit we have been sealed with. It is He who prompts us to get involved and engage in prayer, just like Christ did. If you have no desire to be in prayer, does that mean the Spirit of God has failed? I don't think so! Take the steps...
Pray that God will prepare their hearts to hear the gospel. Pray for repentance that leads to Salvation. They would come to know the Lord and grow spiritually in Him. Etc...
Pray that God would protect them and keep them healthy. Pray for their safety and protection. Pray they would be guided by God and they would walk steadfastly with Him. Etc...
Pray that God would send more workers in the fields. They would share the Word with boldness and love. Pray that they would be keprt safely in the love of God etc...
Pray for peace in the world. For those dying through wars. Those who lost everything in places like Ukraine, Gaza and Israel. Pray for salvation for others, Guidance and wisdom. A grateful heart, and those who are sick and suffering. The list goes on.

Very little is known about the author of Daily Strength for Daily Needs, Mary Wilder Tileston (1843–1934), except her love of spiritual literature. Although she lived in the 19th century, her devotional selections capture biblical truths and values that will always endure.
